The brazing method plays an important role in the production of cooling plates used in compressors. These plates consist of two or more metal parts. During the brazing process, the plates are heated to 1100 °C in special brazing ovens.
This temperature enables the copper alloy, which acts as a binder, to melt, making it possible for the metals to fuse together. Copper acts as a binder in this process, creating a strong and durable bond between the plates. In this way, an effective cooling system is obtained by increasing the performance and durability of the compressors.
